This is Homeward Bound - a single about going back to your roots. The lyrics are based on nostalgic memories of childhood in rural Scotland. Memories of being a kid on a hot, summer’s day - riding a bike with pals along a river and through fields without a care in the world! The song is from the perspective of someone heading home years later and being immediately transported back to the joy and innocence of youth.
