i have loved this, and it makes me definitely want to paddle this next season after my injury heals. i've been nursing a dislocated kneecap, and I live out in the PNW woods and I love it out here. but I am really looking forward to next spring and summer when I can hike and paddle more ❤ it's been really nice to watch videos with another woman who has lived out of her van and enjoys nature and the freedom of not having to consider others (sometimes company is nice, but there is something you capture so well that I have felt too with solitude in nature). plus Frank is amazing. i love him.

Ahhhh, a blessed day of rest in a lovely campsite! I think one of the things I've enjoyed consistently - Frank's Tail in the water, above the water, floating. And today, how happy he was just playing around on the sleeping mat. May I find that much joy on my R&R days!

So glad you are getting some rest and that you’re feeling better after all those days of travel while seeking muscle relief 🥲. Paddling is a lot of exercise, but can aid in back aches and groin pain because of the limited mobility, which is also like yoga. Well, close enough 😂
