Shame it was not at least hake considering the location, though not sure why it mentioned Newcastle as well, perhaps he has two shops and uses one as a busmans holiday, I would. Looks wise and size that gets a 6 out of 10. Obviously cannot tell the taste.

Everything looks perfect to me. And you are definitely right about curry sauce and fish and chips they are perfect and coming from Wales we live on the stuff , just watch Gavin and Stacey. And if your team is the same as mine ??? ALAW ?? MOT ??

Love a bit of curry sauce mate....I sometimes get the powder stuff from Home Bargains and pour it over oven chips😂 probably not the same team but who knows. Cheers for the comment mate and all the best to you.👍

​@@FoodTravelwithJamesIf that is the Golden fry curry sauce from home bargains I get that myself and it is the nearest that I have found to old school curry sauce minus the apple and sultanas but it is amazing. Mc Donnalls Irish curry sauce is also serposed to be amazing but I have not tried it yet but might get some from Tesco tomorrow to compare ??

Golden Fry is the one l get mate. Quite salty but very nice indeed. I will try the McDougall one too next time lm in Tesco. Cheers.

Looked a bit grim to me James.Two bits of fish battered together, average chips and curry doesn't go with fish and chips in my opinion.Did you see the worm in the fish at'5.48'l hope you didn't eat that😲! Keep the reviews coming.
