Tides of Sorrow is a deeply emotional instrumental album that captures the essence of my journey through bipolar disorder type 2 with rapid cycling. Each track is a reflection of the intense emotions and experiences that come with this condition, from the depths of despair to moments of fleeting hope.
I apologize for my absence over the past few days; I was experiencing a depressive episode. This album is my way of expressing those feelings and connecting with others who may be going through similar struggles.
Bipolar disorder type 2 is characterized by episodes of depression and hypomania. Rapid cycling means that these mood swings occur more frequently, often within a single month. It’s a challenging condition, but music has been a powerful outlet for me to process and share my emotions.

@@lise736I don’t know, it’s ironic but I feel grateful that we are not alone. I have been divorced twice too, but I have kids, so I reconciled for their sake. I’ve been receiving treatment for the past 10 years and, well, the highs and lows are always there.
