As someone who constantly is at Bristol harbour when the railway is running I can confirm 2 things, this looks like a harbour and the sounds are very accurate to Henbury or Portbury pushing some wagons

This is great. If the video were a little more yellow, or slightly more distorted, maybe at lower quality, I feel like it would look like it really was filmed in the 60s.

Thank you! I think you might be thinking of sepia tone which is much earlier than 1960s as by this time colour film had come on a long way with proper white shades and much richer colours, take a look at Gandy Dancer Productions videos of collieries in the 1960s to see what the film should look like - our view of it is a bit ‘off’ because a lot of film got transferred to VHS which is much inferior quality. Hope that helps explain the colour and quality tones I went for 😎

It's attached to the wagon as the diorama enables you to pull the wagon along as if the capstan was pulling it, like on the real thing, but you need a loco to 'reset' it by pushing it back down.
