I love this. I'm trying a similar concept on a reverse dye. First time trying OWB. SO glad you mentioned that the inside won't lighten/color or I would have had a breakdown. Fingers crossed that mine turns out even a fraction as nice as yours.

That looks 'totally tubular', sorry bad joke. But for some odd reason the first thing that popped into my head was a surfers hoodie, I don't know why. You can never go wrong with purple, great job. Keep experimenting and showing people all kinds of ways to be creative.

Hi Angie. I still can't picture how you are able to make it work and work so beautifully. I think it is the color splits that are messing me up. I have only used liquid dye but it was about a hundred years ago. Liquid can't spilt, can it? And can you put color in the bottom bucket so it runs upward?

Hi Allen! Most of the time liquid colors don't split. Sometimes they will weep a color at the edges though. You can put liquid in a bucket and it will wick it up into the shirt. I actually did a shirt where I put 1 color on one side in a container, and another color on the other side and let the colors wick up into the shirt. I wasn't happy with my color combination so I never made the video of the shirt, but it works really well. I'll have to add it to my list to make another one using a different color palette than the one I used.

Hi! Not that I know of. They dye really well and the fabric is very soft and comfy.
