1. Take a glass bottle. Fill with water. 2. Take water balloon. Fill with air (Blow it up hahaha) 3. Pinch the water balloon so no air escapes. 4. Wrap the opening of the balloon around the glass bottle with water in it. (Make sure all the air doesn't escape!) 5. Flip bottle over. The balloon will begin to fill with water. 6. Tie off the balloon. Mind=Fucked
