that's a Marc Petitjean Swiss-Vise MASTER if I'm not mistaken. will cost you an arm and a leg.

The quality of the vise makes it well worth the investment. Especially if you tie often. It does everything and I bought it before it came down at all in price. I have really enjoyed my vise, and I have two others. I use this one the most. I hope you decide to get one,the quality makes it worth the price. Sean
