Personally imo this one of there best updates, they added a lot of gameplay improvements and other things

Animations seem way better and althought makes no sense for a pro player on expert to make an unforced error hitting back a moon ball, this shot isn't without its risks. On topspin, returning that shot would be a given, and in real life tennis it is not - the player must use its legs, hit below the ball with a heavy top spin in order to inprint his rhythm. If the player looses focus, this "easy" shot can be missed. I'm doing the Devil's advocate here, as gameplay wise it should never be a freebie for either side, specially not for the moonballer, but I'm trying to see in a positive light - unforced errors are common and every shot should have its risks if the player misses timing. Overall, I'm impressed with the changes and if they fix the AI on release, that'd solve the core issue I have with the game in its current state.

Nice video as usual. I wouldnt be that worried for the lack of gameplay improvement notes since I believe they are just testing the changes and hiding them for the full release. I do see really nice changes and I like a lot how the game is going in the right direction with all the EA throughout these past months.

Good video! I liked it much more than the EA6, it feels more significant. The change in the serve seems right to me, it was very boring and very effective, having an error factor is very important. They still need to fix the open serves from the tips, it's broken. I think the AI is a little better but it is true that they still miss hits without sense and continue to do underarm serve, very few, but there are some. I had the same bugs as you. I am particularly concerned about the stamina, I have activated it and now the bar is consumed during the points and when starting the next one it resets to 100% but I feel that there is no fatigue, it is just a graph. It is something that needs to be present in the juice to penalize certain abuses of shots or for the scrumble. Overall, it has been a very good patch!

Thanks for the mini-review. I'm glad there's better inertia (still needs but the ball physics still look dreadful compared to TS2K25 and it's kind of a big deal for me.

Il faut encore rajouter de l'inertie et enlever les course en rond et enlever certaines animations coup le tir en bout de course , certaine animations de slice, ect...

hope they add more cosmetics in full release or future updates

It would be nice but cosmetics are the least of this game's problems.

No custom players is crazy that a game has everything almost accurate in the career mode!

The floating ball still put me off... I have the game since Day-One, and there's still no improvement about it. The rebound feels off too.

Is there a demo of this game? Because I already have topspin 2K25 and tennis elbow, if I don't have a freeway to try this game out I'd likely never touch it

As far as I know there isn't currently a demo version.

Not gonna a lie I’m completely confused as to why triggers are even in the dam game.

I kinda understand why they would add shot preparation mechanics into the game. With the way they constructed the game (no precise aiming, no shot timing), the gameplay would have no skill gap between players. But then adding scramble to allow super sprint nullifies any skill gap in terms of movement and positioning, so I don't get what they are trying to achieve by adding scramble.

Im concerned about game price watching how unpolished the game is still... sadly...
@machetegaming4 ай бұрын
I'm also concerned about the game. Less so because of the price tag, more so about the state of the game considering full release this month. The devs make some good changes with each patch, going into the right direction. The problem is that with every change come new issues.

Imo, it's absolutely worth getting into Tennis Elbow. I cover Tiebreak's progress in my content, but I would be lying if I said TB scratches anywhere near the same itch that Tennis Elbow or Full Ace Simulator do. Tiebreak is more of a competition for Topspin than anything. Both TB and TS5 cater to a similar audience. Tennis Elbow is for those who crave real tennis simulation and want a competitive vibe (online tournaments are cool), rather than high polygon graphics.

Career mode in Tennis Elbow is a banger. If you like career super deep, integrate Tennis Elbow Manager 2 into it (getting a mix of a manager game with tennis sim)
