Hey Ryan. My son and I watch your videos every night as a wind-down ritual before bed. I have two jobs and one of them is helping to run a rehab, and i have to say it's the most rewarding thing i've ever done. Helping people get sober, discover themselves and beat mental health issues and get their families back, etc is like real life magic happening. It's so wonderful and I don't want to do anything else. Your place is stunning and i'm sure you'll have no problems selling it.
