No I don't think R2 zetas are needed here

Question, what is Victory Counts: Unlimited (4X Rewards Only) ? What is 4x Rewards before entering Tier II?

you can play as many times as you like, but only first 4 times you complete you will get rewards, also after 4 times you get rewards you will not need to spend tickets for this tier to replay it
