I had this same problem trying to sprint. Mine fixed after just crouching and uncrouching again. Might not fix it but worth a try! Nice video

I've sort of figured it out. It has to do with standing up from a crouched position while standing under something that is too tall to stand. It has happened to me many times because I changed my crouch to CTRL and turned off toggle. (So I have to hold the button) For some reason in This instance, crouching again didn't fix it. Maybe I was too irritated to try everything 😂 cheers, thanks for watching!

The game is still crap poi's won't start too many bugs for being in early access for 12 years it's not a complete game.
