I always thought a good rework to the phase assembly stuff was that you were building a space habitat for further colonization. Would open up for a lot of opportunities beyond just unlocking, with creating a lot of different modules etc.

Plot twist: In secrecy, they made another, bigger map. We can access it when complete the assembly project and climb on the space elevator. And in this new map we will find the Crab boss

I think the new buildings are gonna be used for Plutonium waste processing. As much as people want to defend the "sink or store" strat, it's the only implemented production chain that feels incomplete. Pluto waste goes in the mystery building, produces Plutonium Oxide (green liquid), goes into the Quantum Encoder with the item to make MOX fuel with helium as a byproduct (pink pipe), MOX fuel being used as a final Space Elevator Part

As much as I would _love_ more nuclear processing, (can you imagine getting to have breeder or process heat recipes from reactors!) you can see its the new hexagon project assembly part coming out D: Isn’t the Pu fuel rod already MOX (it even has a higher energy density)? We separated out the U238 with blenders and either it also contained Pu from captures in the reactor, or the particle accelerator just irradiated the hell out of them until they became Pu

They've stated multiple times they're not sure if they'll have free or paid dlc or keep working on this project but tiers 10 and beyond would make for really good dlc content.

Those kinda looked like the road barriers, but a different look! Same shape! Kinda like you'd see on roads, & highways in this world!! Paintable road barriers? & I believe those were windows beside the belts! That angled look just reminded me of them! Makes a nice visual effect!

If that, is a space station connected to the space elevator, and if it is at the same height of the ISS, the it is MASSIVE. It has, at least, half the circumference of the moon.

Maybe not THAT big. Massage-2 has a much faster period of rotation than earth and slightly higher gravity, making a stationary orbit around Massage-2 a lower altitude than that of earth. (I didn't do the math for a specific altitude.) A space elevator endpoint around Earth would be in geostationary orbit (35,786 km altitude). The ISS only orbits at 460 km, for comparison.
