Hey can you make a tierlist to show us which heroes are better to use from each element?

Are lootable items once per guild or once per guild member?... for example, i didn't loot them cause i don't have relics that give me bonuses to them. Is that the correct play? Examples of lootable items being the stones, chests, bags etc that appear on the map.
