Alex Marquez should be B or C tier at worst. He's the 3rd best 2023 Ducati after MM93 and DiGi

@@CaffeinatedCruiser It's tough when MM93 is your brother. The gap between the '22 and '23 ducati was closer, so you saw more '22 Ducati wins last year including Alex's. AM holding his own ok this year. At least enough to keep his ride.

Totally agree with most, would personally bump Jack Miller up, i love KTM also. Joan Mir nd Vinales are talented riders but pricks, Alex Marquez would bump up a spot also, unlucky situations ends up in sometimes, Bagnia is petty

@CaffeinatedCruiser True we did witness Alex Marquez on a factory Honda couple seasons ago that was painful to watch, but Alex is 2time worldchampion in 2 different lower classes nd seems to be an always improving learning rider just like FabioDiGinantonio. True thats one way to put Vinales, looking forward to his next season in a different bike

lol people failed to understand I was ranking them by how I feel, not worst to best rider or anything else. In my opinion Alex is fine, he’s been a mid pack rider all season on the second best bike. You put him on anything else and he’s bottom 10 again. And morbidelli drives me crazy 😂😂 some point I’ll make an updated list based on race craft

@@CaffeinatedCruiser Alzamora won a championship without winning a single race, this is annoying for me. Pecco was the first rider to win 2 straight championships since MM and Rossi era, what you are saying about him not winning the championship is more related to the actual race format with the Sprint Races. Martin was just more regular than him but Pecco was faster winning the same numbers of sprint races than Martin but with a 11x3 score on Sunday races. Pecco deserved A in my opinion

Alex Marquez E? And F if he had another last name?? for me it's a B, he usually beats his team partner, unless it's called Marc Marquez. He scored more than Diggia, Bez and Morbidelli having a worst bike and humbler team. AND he just beat everyone by far on the Catalonia Tests. Di Gianantonio next to Quartararo, Pecco and Acosta it's hard to justify too... I'd gave him a D (don't understand why he will be in a '25 Ducati)

I can see your argument for sure. Imo Alex tends to underachieve for riding such a good bike. You put him on anything other than the Ducati and he’s back 10 again like we was on the Hondas. Maybe I’m too mean to him but I am rarely impressed. I think Digi has shown a ton of promise, he’s fast, he’s won races, and he seems to connect with his team well. He’s the only Ducati rider other than the moto2 rider going to grisini who hasn’t yet hit his peak.

@CaffeinatedCruiser regarding 10 wins, it's the same logic as Acosta. He's even said to compete at all with the Ducatis he has to ride the KTM at 100%, 100% of the time. Sometimes you're fine and sometimes you crash. Martin has been more consistent this year, I will say that, but bags is definitely still A tier imo. I like digi a lot as well and was hyped when vr46 signed him last year, but he can't hold a candle to any of those guys ATM. Disclaimer, I am a Marquez and Acosta fan. I root for them every race. I don't personally like bags or Martin much as I feel they're both cry babies. That said, Martin deserves this year's title, hands down.

I 100% agree with every statement you made except that I enjoy Martin a lot as he does bring an edge to the races. To be fair I was absolutely not ranking based on talent level, simply how much I like each rider individually. My criteria changed from rider to rider as some I felt more strongly about then others. I definitely do not thing Digi is on the same tier talent wise as those next to him but I like him as much as them as a person/character in the paddock if that makes sense? If I had ranked them on current talent or who I think is the best it would’ve been a very different list.

U are just wrong...if u feel like that ok i have nothing against it, but try to look at it from a different angle,listen to some podcast (if u want to expand ur knowlege). Compare the rider with the package he has and whats in it for him...overall 3/10

Fair comment but I do listen to a ton of gp content. Again to clarify I was ranking them by how I feel about them, not their talent level or anything else. More of “would I want to hang out with them” or “how entertaining they are”.
