But any move can be a finisher. A finisher is wrestler specific not move specific. Kane and Big Show use the chokeslam as a finish. The Hurricane uses the chokeslam as a finish as well. And the powerbomb is specifically a finish if people use it at all.

Reigns’ win in 2018 was the last straw for me with wwe personally, I had just suffered through some of the worst booking in wrestling history, especially Jinders title reign in 2017 and the constant burying of Bray Wyatt and Bailey. But it did lead me to search elsewhere for wrestling, New Japan was so fresh to me and later of course AEW which at times almost feels like it’s tailor made for me. In a way I’m kind of glad they botched it. You guys still put it too high on the list though, it should be in it’s own tier even lower than the bin.
