I remember my early sci-fi books of about 50 years ago. Loved the "lensman" series by EE DOC Smith but now I the only reading I do is on my PC and they are not books.

The second you said jail, I *knew* you would put Old Man's War in there 🤣 I am not the biggest fan of sci-fi, but I do have a few on my TBR and luckily most of them are in your top tiers! Feels so good to have them kind of validated by you and know that I should indeed give them a read 💜
