At the moment, kissing Kate only makes her give you a quick smile afterwards and in regards to Eleanor there is no further depth into their relationship, yet, I would assume there will be eventually. Mori gets shot regardless, and the rest of the opposite decisions if taken differently, don't seem to have a major impact, yet. The only real significant consequence is if you lie or don't come clean in any way towards Clementine then she will not trust you.

Cool, thanks for the info. I wonder if the Kiss would come back into play regarding how episode 2 ends. Figure a choice like that has to have some sort of impact eventually.
