Since this was recorded--Tiff went full blonde--hard to say which way she looks best----as a blonde---she does a good job of pulling off having that 1950s Marilyn Monroe, "Blonde Bombshell" vibe. As others have noted---the lady sure has a voice on here--she is kind of like Jason Isbell--both of them could probably blow everyone in a stadium away without a sound system with just their voices when they crank it up...
