Tiffany working in the Vic was officially when she went from a side character to a series regular, in fact I think this is the same scene where they shot that famously recognisable promo pic where she’s pulling a pint. Grant getting her up the spout 1 year later finally solidified her as a main character and the shocking way she was killed off is why she’s gone down as an EastEnders icon and the blueprint for subsequent characters like Stacey Slater and any of the other “tart with the heart” types.
