No one can say you are afraid of work 😉 When we built our house I sanded, varnished and stained all of our window trim, baseboards and door frames. Also filled the wallboards, sanded and painted the bedrooms. Papered the hallway and dressing area by our two closet’s. That was before you were born, 1974-76.❤❤❤

I too , went from my grey white room back to my earthly green . I used to have green , but wanted to try the grey/white . But it never seem to fit me and I have never finished decorating because I just wasn’t feeling it. But now I have my green , and wood tones and a pop of tans /and a touch of deep rust/red orange tones . I love it!

I love everything about this makeover! I would only make one change...I'd put the tree you made in that empty space in front of the window. Then you could move the bed 3 inches to the right so the whole bed could be on the slatted wall. Other than that, chef's kiss! 🫶

I was taught that when using a rolling to paint a wall, one should make zigzag patters, rather than rolling columns of paint. The columns can be visible when dry. Your room looks fantastic!!

I was wondering what you were up to because you haven't had a new video in a while and now I know! You did an awesome job on the bedroom with your thrifted finds. Appreciate that you gave the furniture a "wash" rather than painting it so the wood grain shows through. Great finds on those lamps and I recognize some of your Goodwill bin finds that you upcycled. The tree turned out gorgeous too! But my favorite thing in the whole room? That beat up, weathered bench! What an authentic antique! Love those square pegs used in its construction!

I am so impressed with the art makeover! Another "masterpiece" would look beautiful above your bed too. I love your creativity and style. I learned so much from what you shared. You should get a good, short handled , quality angled brush for cutting in. It'll make your paint jobs a lot faster and easier!!
