So excited to watch!!! As an adult, I have not played video games without guilt. For thinking I should be working on the house or doing something for someone to keep or something for the future, etc. Do you ever feel this and how do you deal with it?

I do sometimes feel this, but I like to think of video games as a time of relaxation, and everyone needs to relax sometimes! I try to give myself 1-2 hours to play and then I stop at the end, so I don't go too long and it doesn't end up taking up my whole day. Hope that helps!
