hello friends,
Today I am going to share with you the recipe of the most popular snack. These crispy samosas with spiced potatoes filling are perfect for your tea time snack as well as kid's tiffin.
INGREDIENTS:
For dough:
All_purpose flour 2cups
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black Cumin - 1 tsp
Oil -1/4 cup
water - 1/2 cup
ingredients for stuffing:
Oil 2 tbsp
Panch phoron - 1/2 tsp
onion chopped - 1/3 cup
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
chili powder - 1/4 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
tomato chopped - 1/2 cup
potato, cubed - 1.5 cup
green pea - 1/4 cup
green chili - 1/2 tsp
water - 1/3 cup
