Dislikes: I'm not feeling the brown. The couches are teeny. The way that hutch opens against the trim is wonky. Likes: That back splash is awesome. I like the sliding door on the washer and dryer. I like that it has a dishwasher.

We ordered a 2022 Phaeton 36SH. I think most Phaetons are custom order. Most people order Aquahot but we stuck with Propane, huge tank and simple to maintain. We opted for the Amber Glazed Oregon (cheap plug) Alder and the coach is warm and cozy. Dislikes: And these are mostly picky. 1. The ‘theater seats’: Tiffin marketed the seats as divided with center arm rest and they appeared more spacious. They are too narrow but are comfortable but tight for 2 adults. 2. Shallow Cabinet above Fireplace: That right door can only open 60 degrees. The slide cornice is in the way. They could fix that 2 ways 1st reduce the width of the two doors so the door could open fully. Or 2nd shorten the two doors so they cleat the cornice. 3. Shower: The shower is a little tight, it’s long enough but could be a few inches wider. That said I like the compact functional bathroom because you get some much more storage and living space. LIKES: 1. The Cummins L9: The 8.9Liter is a powerful engine with great torque for a compact diesel, most DPs in this size are the B6.7 with 60% of the torque. 2. Layout & Design: We love the floor plan and decor? Ideal for a couple. And at 37’2” easy to drive and easier to find RV sites. 3. Storage: For a small DP it’s a storage machine. There are so many things we like. Just a great coach.

Best looking class A front end, hands down. Agree with Andrea on the Fleetwoods, they look good, but not as good as this. Seems like every other manufacturer tries to overdo it and they end up with some kind of face that looks like an alien and guppy had a one night stand lovechild.

Went to a small RV show last weekend in Las Vegas, NV and was very impressed by the Tiffin Phaeton. It's no wonder they are most sought after RV. I did notice that the entry was a little narrow; otherwise, primo.

We've owned a 2020 Phaeton for 2 seasons now and overall are very happy with the coach. Quality was far from perfect (which was expected for any RV in the somewhat affordable price range) but Tiffin customer service has been excellent and they have either fixed or provided parts as needed, even for many issues that could easily be considered wear. Main dislike is the carpet in the slides. It's not good quality so keeping it clean is a PITA. We don't have the theater seating so room to move about the coach with the slides closed is acceptable. Cockpit seats are comfortable but could use lumbar support at that that price point. The ISL9 engine and drivetrain are more than adequate and can be upgraded to 450HP by Cummins if so desired. Personally not a fan of the interior or exterior colors of this particular coach, but that is why many variations are offered. Bang for the buck one of the best buys IMHO.

Tiffin did a lovely job on this Phaeton. The exterior is fantastic! The interior is beautiful. I would select the Linen cabinet color. That would brighten it up inside. It is nice that a buyer can option a drop-down bunk. The only issue I have with the interior is the carpet on the slide. It’s going to get messy in the kitchen area and the dinette. Thanks for another great video.

Another comment: I love the uneven sink. With a DW there is always a few things that have to be hand washed. You can fill the small sink to wash and use less water.

The little sink is supposed to be for food prep only-so you're not mixing your cleaning sink with food stuff..Mostly used for vegetable and fruit cleaning.

What was the scary birds nest of wires above the slide? Why would the fuel and DEF be at opposite ends of the RV?

Unfortunately, that seems to be the case for most of the Pushers. DEF is needed closer to the engine and the fuel tank sits towards the front.

🤦‍♀️ our 37BH was delivered Jan 2021 and still not completely fixed of the 70 + flaws!! Watch that microwave, ours was falling out after one trip.Those nice slide decorative pieces you liked , do they line up, ours still don’t! Watch getting out of the theater seats they put too small of bolts so they pull out and the seat falls over, but at least there’s continuity cuz the sofa did the same thing 👍😂. Oh and don’t try to open the windows, cuz they don’t! The stripping in the rails isn’t tacked down and 3 of our window latches broke within a few uses! Yes, you get a pretty RV but the quality is lacking. The most fun part, is when the drawers fly out and all your stuff is thrown around the rv, yes, it gives a daily chance of reconsidering where you put things away so all good! Almost 2 years and we are still trying to get all items fixed. We gave up on crooked decorative strips and valances, at some point you have to just laugh and say, we should’ve walked away from it but we didn’t and just go camping knowing you’re a sucker. Never buy new again, completely heart- breaking experience. I hate Tiffin, they should be ashamed at how poorly they make their RVs!

All that brown wood is depressing. What happened to the nice cherry wood or white options? The luxury RVs made in the early to mid 2000's were gorgeous. Real craftmanship back then. The RVs are all so generic now.

Basement storage is lacking. Interior color is terrible. Too tight with the slide in. Wiring is sloppy. Engine batteries are hard to get too for maintenance. Floor plan is nice. Kitchen is nice. Bathroom is nice. Might be a buy when it’s five years old and the bugs are worked out and the price is reasonable.

Tiffin I am disappointed with the space of the RV. I wish it would be bigger and more space to move. Other than that I do love the Coach. Just don't like the fact that it is cramped and can't move with the slides in. So I'm going to challenge you this week to think out of the box and start getting creative and think about how much space to have in the coach with the slides in.
