I just finished rereading the Book of Joshua yesterday. Hearing you speak about it today you reminded me of a great point I missed. And it is that Joshua omitted to consult with God regarding Ai. He listened to his assistants instead. Probably due to the great victory at Jericho he thought Ai would be an easy deal. Such an important key point that studying Bible on our own we can easily miss. Thank you, Reverend, for pointing it out. It brings to mind Proverbs 3:5, ..... lean not on your own understanding.... It is what human mind considers as small thing and omitted to consult God that brings disaster of great proportion. Thanks again.

Thank you, Reverend Shuttlesworth, for explaining so clearly the ways sin can ensnare the believers. It is true that one glance can pique the interest/curiosity and the second look can hook one. I especially appreciate you said if one does not kneel at the altar of consecration one will kneel at the altar of repentance. A great gold nugget!!! No more wasting God's time. The number one thing if you think, look and be interested in going one step closer. I found that out yrs ago. You never let your mind go one step in the wrong direction even in something so simple that seems innocent. I got that and I go to they word of God and on my knees. You can never take any chance to be tempted of anything not Godly,

This is great preaching man of God. I have worked under the leadership of some male Pastors. I have seen them fall with. Lust. I have been living a set apart life unto the Lord. i m sold out to the Lord and. have a surrender life before. I have seen many so people who said they are believers but they are dealing with sexual sins in there livé. But God will expose them who want obey. This is great preaching against "Sin" one must have the "Fear of God" in their lives. What i mean by this if we love God we mustl hate what God hate that is "Sin" Because God is a Holy God and. We must have true rêpent from the heart ànd not lips service. We must renew our mind with the "Word of God" We must be "Heaven Bound"

A few years ago I knew I was in a relationship that was wrong and I knew I had to give it up because the Holy spirit would not let me be. So I did..I was completely broken, laying on my couch crying my eyes out. I heard God's voice audible in my ear say, "Be still and know that I am God." All have sinned and fall short of the glory of Glory of God! And we are to go to the Lord with a contrite spirit and sincere broken heart and ask for God's forgiveness in Jesus name. Who is more than able to cleanse us from any and all unrighteousness. If we've done anyone wrong to anyone we are to ask for their forgiveness and then ask for God's forgiveness in the name of Jesus.

Ask the Holy Spirit to assist you to eat only the amount of chocolate at a time that is healthy and good for you. Thus you call the shots and no longer the victim of seduction. The One in you is greater than he and his entourage/ammunition in the world.
