You have frozen shoulder? It's very very painful. One can't even sleep on that side. But it takes almost a year to go - there's no real treatment. Physiotherapy could give some relief but it's not a cure. The thing to check if keep an eye on is your blood sugar because it has a strong correlation with diabetes! I've had it both shoulders! One thing that really soothes it is dipping a towel in pretty hot water with salt and soda powder or phitkari. It was so painful my physiotherapist cried.

Truly said mam..its really very painfull and it becomes worse while holding camera stand for shooting..I have had many sessions of physio bt no relief..Still m trying my best and keeping my will power strong just for my love for wildlife and my audiences. I will definately try this towel technique soon and update you the result..Thank you so much for your concern. Really means a lot..!!

@@theairavatcorbett The water has to be nice and hot. I used the wash basin and kept topping up the hot water from the geyser. I used lots of salt and soda. Holding the camera will definitely not help, only gentle movements in all directions so that it doesn't get totally restricted. And then.... It goes away, just the way it came! But blood sugar is to be watched.

Bhai yeh amit bhai ka resort hai jab yeh start hua tha tab bhi mae ne stay liya tha yaha 2021 mae.iss ke aage koi gao nahi tha jo river mae kat gaya aap ko galat information di hai kisi ne jab yeh resort under construction tha tab bhi gaya tha dec 2020 mae.
