How are they when your feeding them, I have one coming in and my main concern is my barbs will go after the food like right away and I don't want him to starve!

I had two large fish and slowly the tiger barbs were disappearing....I think the tiger barbs flourish if the fish are all the same size.

Did the tiger barbs ever end up attacking the blue ram?

No they stayed away...mostly they stayed in there own groups....
