We can hang the meet as shown in the video and stand on top of room and run, given that enclosure and roof are long horizontal stretched walkway (and roof have horizontal line of emptiness to run with meat) Or tie a piece of meet on stick and tie it to tiger above his face as so that is unreachable.

I don't think zoo did anything wrong in making earn the food. Tigers are fierce animals if we give the food for just being in the zoo then they lose their strength and become fat. If we leave them back to forest they should still be able to hunt. The jump that tiger did is very very normal to it. I appreciate the zoo for letting the tiger should be fit and maintaining it's hunting capabilities in some way.

The tiger looks well-fed and taken care of, he is not ignored and torutured. Captive predators don't get the same exercise they would in the wild and this is a good way of replicating a 'hunt' like situation. The food was just the right height for it to be a challenge but not too hard. That's good for the tiger.
