I choose to believe that the circus Koali Zoo rescued the Siberian Tigers from taught them to moonwalk as a circus trick, and now they occasionally do it on the overpass through force of habit. Thanks for giving the Tigers a far better quality of life, guys!

The reason there's a lot of tiger overpasses in the US rather than jaguar passes is just that tigers are easier to come by. The US has something of an industry for breeding tigers as exotic pets and show animals. These tigers aren't bengals or siberians or anything though, just hybrids and often inbred for albinism or other aesthetic traits, so they could never be released to the wild and are purely domestic despite not being entirely domesticated. There's a recent documentary that touches on this called Tiger King which got pretty popular, although it focuses more on specific personalities than the industry itself so I can't really recommend it as an information source. 25:30 it's a good sightline but there should be something other than mud visible below the bridge. Like, foliage ideally with some flowers or something maybe. Prime sport for a Mike garden in other words. Instead of chain link barriers in the towers there could be a wooden lattice to match the wood on the bridge. I think the times the tigers don't work is when they're walking on the lower of the two overlapping paths. The place you mentioned the giant anteater can also be visible from the path, but only in a small place. However, if it's designed to take that into account it can be appreciated effectively from there too.

So, I have a small question for how all of this works. I am looking to maybe add this to my zoo in the future, but what I am curious about is does this count as two habitats? Or since you did use the null barrier does it count as one?

@DeLadysigner4 жыл бұрын
IF there will be an Australian pack (which is very likely looking at the other two packs we got so far)... I think this will be maybe June/July? Unless they will launch a different continent obviously.. then we still have around Sept/Oct a DLC and then Dec again. of which I am hoping Dec will be a much bigger pack with like aviaries or maybe aquatic animals :)

You should do an update episode, similar to the livestream, but just with a POV of the monorail. It would be really interesting to get that perspective of the zoo.
@JD_Mortal3 жыл бұрын
Your next overpass should be two parts, joined by a feeding area that is hidden. Place the keepers entrance at that feeding junction. The tigers will enter and eat, then walk out to go play and sleep.
