I wonder how fast the merger would have happened if Tiger did sign with LIV couple years ago? I think golf would have been in a much better place if he actually did sign with them because it would have forced PGA to move quicker. Also Tiger would have been able to play more on three days a week. He also could have negotiated using a cart. Then when the merger happened, Tiger would have been able to use a cart on both tours. Would it have been fair? Maybe not, but hes still a very good player and we're not able to see it as fans. Let's be real nobody's ever going to touch Jack Nicklaus records. Ever. They've already semi ruined the game with technology, what would have been a big deal of going even further? Trillionaire Saudis are never going anywhere. Those guys will burn a billion dollars just out of spite. They got a billion dollars in their sofa cushions. Lol. Tiger with a cart and only having to play three days a week? That's a no-brainer for me. Two leagues are going to merge anyways. PGA should have told Tiger to go sign with LIV knowing that the merge was coming anyways. Instead they have Tiger just sitting on his couch.
