Tiger is what made me pick up a club. Only a year younger than him and I loved watching him back in his first days on the tour. Starting his first major win at the Masters in '97 at 4 over par on the front, and going on to win by 12 strokes, 12 strokes at the Masters, The Masters.. That was just about the most impressive sporting event I have ever witnessed. He continued to trounce the old guard by double digits at majors. Everyone was playing for 2nd place at any major when Tiger was on.

Dumping a coach was the best thing he ever did. He knows about it. Trained a friend to be his eyes and it’s worked to perfection. 2018-19 is one of the greatest golfing seasons from a player I’ve ever seen.
