My body was not keeping in the food...I would puke after almost every meal....I'm assuming these fighters go thru a similar situation because the camp provides the chow. Thanks for your insight brother.

@@nukiepie Good point too...I'm wondering if they are allowed to go and eat street food...if so...I would be eating like royalty each day. But most of these fighters are there for a scholarship, which in my mind tells me that they do not have the funds to support their way thru a high level camp.

I don't know about the clinch but what followed (That knee) was very special.
@RealECM5 жыл бұрын
He is a beast but he's going 75% power with the shots while everyone else is going 30-40% power out of respect for him. Not exactly a fair training trade off. Like Charles said at 7:48, it's not his country so he isn't going to go 100% against their prized fighter and take the chance on hurting him.
@regimiro48884 жыл бұрын
@@RealECM Yeah because literally all he's using is his knees and an occasional throw lol, if they started matching his power he'd end them.
@SandaBoxing4 жыл бұрын
@@RealECM BS. Charles Johnson threw a thrust knee with the point of the knee at 6:01 , that's why he got hit back hard. And the Thai is not going 75% power and he's using the inner thigh to land knees. Johnson has less than 10 fights while Saksurin Kiatyongyut, 300+. If he went "fair" back, the Thai would wreck him.

I also asked my coaches who gave me tips that I incorporate into my daily routine because they could see the areas I needed the most improvement.

Tf Oh do them butterfly stretches. I'm 5'2 and I can get my round kick to 6'0. Those butterfly stretches are what I would say I got 90% of my flexibility from.
