I am giving up this mission Idk I think there is some issue, there is not enough seconds to put the ballon, put the net and by the time I put the pegs things fall down before I can get the hammer and even going extremely fast is not working

The cream soda was there for a reason. You could lift the gift shop from below as well, using all the same items except the balloon is replaced by the barrel of cream soda.
