In your opinion Tigger and you had to buy one of them. Would you buy the :- jjpro x5 or the bugs 5w. To very similar gps drones. Thanks

I've never owned a jjpro x5 but as similar to the Bugs as it is I'm guessing that MJX builds both models. I own quite a few drones and the MJX Bugs 5W is still one of my favorites along with the Hubsan 501 and DJI Phantom 3 but the Bugs only cost me $150. It's extremely reliable and it ALWAYS comes home. The only con is the camera/FPV range. The quad can fly over 1,000 meters but I normally lose video at 200-400 meters.

Many thanks for your reply. I’m very new to drones and obviously flying, I have a drone without GPS but sometimes find it hard to control in the wind. So was thinking the bugs 5w or jjpro would help me out. Many thanks agin for your reply. Richard

As far as I know there's no difference between the MJX Bugs 5W and the JJPro X5 except for its looks; if you made up your mind simply go for the cheapest offering, keeping in mind that it will be nice to have spare batteries ;-) One warning: be careful when flying in wind! Just don't fly when there's a lot of wind, especially if you havený got a lot of experience. Always good practice to keep your quad UPwind from your position, so if anything happens, it's been blown back to you and not further away! A brushless GPS quad is handy in windy conditions, but you still have to be careful.

@@pixelpeter3883 hi sorry for asking more questions, but what is max speed of the jjpor x5 (people say you should know it) and if you hold the left stick down to bring the drone down when its in the air. will this stop the motors like it would do if it was on the ground. thanks Richard
