In the first part George's kumural 3:07 I felt connected and touched me too deep. I moved away from my family to other room and tears started flowing uncontrollably!! That too the part where he asked if the other people were even 50% efficient as him, gave me a lump in throat. It is a sad state. No BSchool or colleges teach to manage office politics without compromising ethics. People like George benefit nothing other than clear conscience!! Tight appraisal is a real life portrayal of many such plow horses, who are shadowed by show horses.

I can only say after watching this skit .That's H A H .Hilarious as Hell .BTW, that background music or mobile ringtone whatever was from the telugu film "Vakeel saab" and it gelled really well. But I really liked Ravi and after seeing this performance I can say there are good managers too and it is a fact. But these kind of managers cannot work in one company as they might be traumatized a lot by their senior management. They just don't like someone working like this

IT people are more fortunate than other industries. People on avg receive 5-10 every year. Where as other industries people work so hard but earn less money than IT. So, appraisal are not required should be eradicated. There should be company standard pay policy. The problem with appraisal is one person gets more other gets less makes human tendancy to have jealousy. Even though people say it is too confident every one knows others rating and appraisal amount. Unless we know it we won't get sleep. Making standard for salary will make this appraisal useless

This is just amazing and well thought and executed script. Selection of casts is pakka. Title matched the video and definitely you can't predict the content with title which is really nice. One small inclusion that could have been made in second half on Mahesh segment is tat "Bad words Bhaskar" tag line could have been used. Nevertheless this is really good sharp and short script which is well executed by all.
