Tight Curl Consultation

I do my new client consultations at the bowl as I am saturating the guests hair with water to prep shampooing. This allows me time to learn about their hair elements, and current hair care practices. This guest has high dehydration levels and product build up. The time I took to saturate a guests hair is going to be case by case.
I do what needs done for each specific client and at home with consistency she can cut down on how long she saturates before shampooing.
If you feel upset by the amount of water I used in this video please know I recognize I am fortunate to have access to water resources. This is not a video to discuss water conservation in comments.
