Finished!😲lol. Started these about 2 weeks ago and I can really see a big difference in my inner thigh jiggle. It's not as jiggly! Going to keep these up. Oh yes, this workout is getting easier. Doesn't burn near as bad as when I 1st started. Going to do about 2 more sets each time I do them. Thanks Josie🌺 Hopefully the more I keep these up, my legs will look as fabulous as yours☺

Wow, you are doing so well! For an extra challenge you can add ankles weights to keep the burn alive. lol. Go LaSonia!

Thank you Josie! Even though I don't have cellulite this is adding muscle to my inner thighs. I'm 61. The profile pic is me standing in our apartment complex. My oldest daughter is 36.. I birthed 4 children who are all grown and I have 9 grand children.

JosieLiz, you are my new favorite workout leader and fitness/health motivational guru. Your workout was great! Doable, tough but manageable, and you’re cute as a button and made me smile and laugh. I can’t believe you’re 49!!! When I found your workout, I thought, “Okay, here’s a cute gal, about 28, hope I can keep up with her!” I just subscribed to your channel. I’m 53 and weight has been a lifelong issue. I’ve lost 40, gained it back, lost 30, gained it back, and last year, lost 25….and have gained back 9 of it. No more! Thank you for the motivation!

Hey Josie, the third ex's of squeezing the pillow is the only exercise that completely involves the adductors ..the rest two exs will make your hip flexors and also abductors work... However, the first two exs should be done only by people who have really good core strength and can keep the core engaged, otherwise it will be detrimental for the back...it will hurt the back and also one may not be able to execute the correct form....being a physiotherapist...sharing My perspective

Ok so I didn't do the exercises while watching you I just wanted to see if it was easy enough to do. I will incorporate it tomorrow because my legs are looking like cottage cheese and dimples in places where it should not be so girl you already know I have to put in the work. Thanks for sharing.

I love all your videos,. They are not complicated moves and easy to follow. I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for 47 years. Exercise is crucial for keeping my blood sugars under control. I have taken several bad falls in the last year. So I have been sidelined several times this year due to my injuries. I am anxious to start with your videos to get me back in shape. I have very bad balance, have you ever thought about doing a video to improve balance? I really enjoy you.

I’ve got 30lbs left to lose from my second baby and he’s almost 3 so yeah I totally get needing to restart a weight loss journey. I’m there with ya girl! I just started Josie but she really motivates me and I love that she targets the areas that mommies need to focus on especially. What is the Apple Vidal vinegar trick you mentioned though? Hi Josie it's been a while I started working if I have not been doing my exercises cuz I've been trying to make it to work on time but this morning I said I had to 2 and get back to trying to get my thighs in my upper body in shape with you I am so thankful for what you're doing it helps me out a lot and it brings a lot of energy to me and so my Saturday mornings now will be youtubing with you hope you enjoying your Labor Day and having a great time with your family
