Combat and Skill could technically go to Tighten, as he was trained by Megamind, and he has shown better skill while fighting him. Meanwhile Homelander had a lot of trouble keeping up with other people, as he hasn't fight a lot, as for his skill is very mid when looking at it, although I think it should be high Diff for Tighten, because both of their attacks can be upscale to City level and speed close to Hypersonic. So in my honest opinion: Strength - Tighten Close tbh Speed - Equal Both have been capable of keeping up with fast oponents, like Tighten had great control with his speed, and Homelander was capable of keeping up with A-Train. Durability - Equal Both of their AP scales to their durability, and both are upscale to City level or higher. IQ - Almost equal, I know that Tighten IQ's is mid, but take this into n account, Tighten knew how to steal and there weren't any news saying that people saw him stealing, that means he isn't close to be dumb. Battle IQ - Equal Both have fought great skilled fighters. Combat - Tighten He was trained by Megamind and has shown better results than Homelander. Skill - Tighten Same as combat, although it's close. Versatility - Homelander Has better feats. AP - Equal Both AP are city level or higher, as Homelander AP is consistent with the nuclear bomb statement, meanwhile Tighten AP with precise calculations with him grabbing the building is 78.172 tons of TNT, which is already city block level. DC - Tighten Has shown better feats Stamina - Equal Both haven't shown any signs to be tired. Agility and Combat speed - Tighten Has shown better control over his own speed. Homelander actually does have a little bit of combat knowledge, in the Diabolical series it was shown that Vought had people train him while he was growing up in brutal style fighting, that episode I think is the only one proven canon by the creators. He also was holding his own for a bit with Butcher and Soldier Boy who are actually trained fighters, the issue is he’s never had to use his skills and doesn’t train much so is very rusty. Tighten though yeah he doesn’t know how too.

I respectfully disagree. Tighten takes physical strength and that's it. Homelander is much faster, more durable and he CAN fight. Just watch the Boys diabolical and the 3rd season, he has combat feats. Though Metro Man wins against Homelander, tighten doesn't.
