This just shows why charge blade is my favorite. Greatsword may have the highest single attack, Dual blades might have insane attack speed and element, but the charge blade (I THINK) has the single attack that does the most damage out of every weapon when they all reach maximum potential.

meta don't care about your feelings. it's a super risky move so it's fine. there's also savage axe builds. by your logic gunners are also boring, all u do is run around and hold down m1/RT, same thing right?

I disagree. The weapon has a lot of variation, in fact all weapons do. But you're watching a speedrun - of course speedrunners will spam the highest DPS moves again and again. Also they have to know the monster's moves very well to pull this off. If you want to see weapon moveset demonstration you've came to the wrong place

By "older games" which ones are you referring to? Each weapon in rise/sunbreak has more moveset if not way more, Tii here simply uses the most optimal dps possible. Honestly same deal with old world, e.g. GS users running around doing charged slash over and over.
