5:15 It's soap. I also work under Yum! industries, and that's just their typical soap. A really ugly color of soap, too. It starts out blue, and turns brown with oxygen exposure. Makes it very difficult to tell what's clean and what's dirty, because it all looks like mud. Then it dries clear. Also, I'm totally allergic to it, so I have to wear shoulder-length gloves. Which I paid for, out of pocket. PAY FOR MY DAMN GLOVES, YUM!

@@jaybee3960 Yeah, our sanitizer foams when it's hot, as well. That's how you tell it's fresh. Settles clear, though. So weird how it goes from cold yellow, to hot white, to clear lukewarm. I really have no idea what these chemicals are, or how they work. But I do know that my skin hates them. GLOVE MONEY PLZ, YUM! THEY WERE EXPENSIVE!

​@Miriam Svenson Yeah, they have gloves, but they're shitty latex gloves that aren't suited for dishwashing. They melt in the chemicals after just a few minutes. So nobody uses them, since no one else is allergic like I am. Had to find some seriously durable gloves that wouldn't disintegrate in the water. The stuff is so caustic, it can even melt PVC plastic over a long enough period. We had a busted metal pipe that we jerry-rigged with PVC. Within a month, it was full of holes.
