I know the reply is pretty late, but the "turning into a dragon" part is not really explained in this game, it's assumed you either know tiki can turn into a dragon from having played FE 1, 3, 11, 12 or 13, or you just go like "oh yeah sure, I guess that's a Fire Emblem thing".
