I have to say, I watch a lot of urban explorers on youtube, but u are my favorite. You always take ur time and look at everything and pan the rooms well up and down. U seem fearless and venture most anywhere, making it so exciting, even suspenseful at times. lol! I would love to be able to get out and explore like this again, but am not able to anymore. I did this when I was younger, before there was any terminology for (urban explorer). I now live this thru ur eyes. Thank u so much :)

I'm amazed you're so calm.. I'd be looking back over my shoulder every moment. So well done - Congratulations on the fantastic video…Also, would bet this house wasn't looked after very well - long before it was abandoned.. LOL

If you ever get caught by an irate owner or someone claiming to be who is in these houses, just say you're a foreclosure inspection agent and they're trespassing. If they ask what bank, just respond "the bank." If they press, say "you know what bank if it's your house." Then ever so gracefully, "Well, my work is done here." FLASH GRENADE and disappear lol.

This is satirical of course, I'm not serious haha. Your honest explanation is the best. :)

It amazes me how quickly these houses deteriorate after being abandoned. I can understand that there is some vandalism but all that rot and peeling paint is astonishing. And how much STUFF people have and don't want and leave behind . . . makes me want to clean out my own house.

you do such a good job! I can't stop watching your vids. some of the other guys doing this are very annoying to watch, they should take after you, your curious personality and cute voice makes you perfect for the job. I admire your boldness and brazenness as well! All that traffic going by doesn't deter you. I remember when you explored the ship and people on shore fishing saw you. You were so casual about it. ^_^ Slate roofs can last a long time. My uncle-in-law's old house was built like 1880. It was the first house on Rosebank Avenue here in Baltimore and that roof may still be going strong. Unless it was replaced when my aunt sold it. He had a 1950s fridge too that lasted for many years. Strangely enough, it only finally brokedown when he died. It was green in color.
@TraditionalHymns10 жыл бұрын
Well, the original roof is still on it! When I was a boy, I sneaked up in the attic (I wasn't allowed because it had no flooring) and the framing all still looked new. I don't mind posting the address because it is occupied and and just public record. 350 Rosebank Ave, Baltimore MD on StreetView. I have so many fond memories and stories in that house. :)

Just that window sealing brings back memories. My oldest brother used to put it up in Rosebank too. We also did it at our house.

I'm appalled at the vandalisation of some of the homes you showcase on your channel. Some of them were such beautiful quality built expensive homes and it's a dang shame that they ended up in such deplorable condition...Pretty sad indeed...but as far as this one is concerned...It should have been bulldozed or burned to the ground and put out of it's misery long ago...
@TikiTrex11 жыл бұрын

I drive around the areas where there is new development and I almost always find abandoned homes bought by developers awaiting their demise. Others I have found just driving down back roads, or if I'm heading somewhere, I will keep an eye out for any. Google Maps is great for that, also.
