Tikka T3 Barrel Swap

A barrel replacement on Tikka T3 243 with a CBI Barrel from Solid Accuracy. I used a Viper Barrel Vise with fuel line hose to hold it in place. The action wrench was from Northland Shooter Supply.

I appreciate the video, I used a Custom Action vise to hold the barrel, and the Remington 700 Action Wrench from brownells as you did. the barrel still would spin no matter what, I watched another video where they used a hydraulic press from Harbor Freight to sqeeze the vise, that combination held the barrel in place and the action came off smoothly!!

Thanks for the video. I'm about to remove my stock T3 barrel that is about 10 years old. I will be soaking it with KROIL and using a Wheeler's barrel vise. Hope all goes well.

@@str3tchr was a pain in the ass but I was able to do it. Sprayed kroil every day for about a week and still struggled with wheelers vise. Used heat and a BFH. Took a few days and almost gave up.! Eventually used a handsaw to do my own relief cut. Magic!

Tikka actions are square so you can flip your action wrench over and have it Square on both sides
