I have been owned by two Vizsla`s, Sonia for 12.5 years and Vesta on August 15th will be 14 years old. Vesta is still going strong; she has slowed down but at the off-leash park she still have plenty of energy. We could not imagine our lives without a Vizsla!

Tikken is wonderful and so clever too. I borrow a Vizsla as well and he too is clever but is so impatient with everything he can't stay still long enough to learn a new command. Watching your dog makes me feel there is still some home for our boy.

I have to thank you for posting this video and I need to tell you why. We recently had to put down our second dog and previous to him our first dog a year prior. We have been heartbroken ever since and just put down a deposit on a Vizsla that we are supposed to be getting on October 19th. I've had a lot of anxiety over getting another dog thinking that possibly I would never love that dog like I loved my other two. Today is trash day and I just put out the last of my two dogs toys because I don't want to share anything of theirs with a new puppy. Next thing you know this video pops up on KZbin. Coincidence? I don't think so. It actually made me cry when I was watching it. Thank you so much I now know that I am ready and I feel like your video came up at the perfect time and I feel like it was my two dogs telling me that they are okay with us moving forward and that everything is going to be great ❤️❤️❤️ I may even need to consider naming him after Tikken because watching this video was like an epiphany that I truly truly needed, thank you so much! ❤️❤️

I perfectly understand .I was the only child .Had dogs all the time, its wonderfull to have and enjoy them .But nothing is forever and theres time of joy and time to cry .You gave them the very best and they received everythibg from you .We still can love and start all over .Death is a natural process .We always keep them in our heart , but is necessary to move on...❤🎈

Amazing! Scientists are still "unsure" whether animals can think. Boggles the mind. I have a dachshund/vizsla mix (or so I gather, found him on the street). I wish I could give him this kinda training, he really makes me mad so much as I love him. I told him that if there is only one understanding between us, let it be not to chew on electric wires. Needless to say, he chews everything else, be it the cat or my boots.
