Yeah, there was once this teen who bullied others in my school. And all her friends always crowded around and laughed at bully victims. When an adult intervened once, they told her they weren't bullying her and didn't say any mean stuff, they were just laughing at what the bully said. Like how tf do you think bullying works? If a bully doesn't have the attention from a group of people who're backing them up and laughing at their insults, they wouldn't even bully in the first place. Bullies are insecure brats who need the attention and validation of others. If they were alone, they wouldn't even dare to look for trouble that way. The friends of bullies are often the actual issue. The two biggest bullies at my school were literally the two fattest and ugliest kids in school. It's very often all about insecurity and looking for approval.

As person who is extremely shy and who doesn't like to be photographed,I think those two girls didn't look like they are disturbed by being in someone's frame. To be honest, they wanted to divert the attention to them. Being loud and flipping someone the finger is not something a person who feels uncomfortable with being photographed. If they didn't want to be caught in the frame, they would have ducked out of the way respectfully. But they decided to act like the bullies they are utterly childish and shameful. So unless the "influencer" went out of her way to ask everybody "hey I'm going to be filming a 15min video and you might be in the background is that ok?" So they can reply "yes that is ok" then no they did not consent. And judging by the start of the video when they were ducking and hiding that would be a no they were not asked if it was ok therefore they did not consent. This happened to me when I was in Highschool (not photobombing kind). They were a group of girls who liked to bully others like talk bad things about others literally by standing near that person and when confronted acts as if they were having conversations about someone else. So one day they came and sat behind me and started to make fun of my hairstyle( it was literally just a ponytail) soon shit started to get real as they call me a sl*t for having that hairstyle and just had it for attention from boys(like wtf). That’s when I lost it and turned around and punched the main meanie weenie. They were literal shocked and she started to cry. I was obviously sent to principal’s office and got suspended for two days . But I don’t regret one bit. And this TikTok gave me the exact same vibes.
