Alternative people are *usually* more LGBTQ friendly, and tend to have a higher percentage of LGBTQ identifying people. As a 15 yrs closet femtrans, I was transphobic and now I know that I was SO WRONG. People from the trans community are so friendly. I think that my experience is ironic. When I was transphobic what I thought was “Nature isn’t like this” and “They are mentally ill”… now I know that thoughts were stupid. I was stupid, but now I’m not, and look now I’m not transphobic. And I’m happy about that, I like that I don’t think like that. :3 I hate when transphobic people just go for the worst things, they are like “You see, 66% of trans people wanted suicide before transitioning and a 3% still thought of it after the transition” or some shit like that. And is stupid. There aren’t two gender. Not even 2 sexes if you count hermaphroditism. But they don’t see it. I think that the best form to do it is with something they like. I like memes and one time I found a video from One Topic, then I stopped being transphobic. Also I wasn’t homophonic, my sister is bisexual and I respect her but if I try to talk about it she start being angry, is like she doesn’t know if she is bi And if someone wants to post this to R/AmItheAsshole just put my username at the end
