it’s the painfully awkward scripted material for me 😩 like the way he delivered the pickup lines like 🧍🏽♂️
@ArturGlass.C5 ай бұрын
The one where he keeps repeating pick up line after another when the girl already told him she's not interested is making me feel so sad for women everywhere. Sure this is fake but there's really some guys who seem to see flirting like a game where you can "unlock the girl" if you just pick the right pick up line regardless of what she feels. It's so disconnected from reality. Creepy as fuck.

The fact these videos (the ones you are reviewing) gets MILLIONS of views and likes, yet actual GOOD content that took real heart and soul to make gets next to nothing, that fact makes me lose hope in humanity and I do not think we will hit the year 2100.

I'm so confused by the plastic surgery insult/joke/whatever it was. Like I can't even summarize it because I idk what happened. He just took a selfie with her??

I think the joke it plastic surgery “suits him” because he’s sitting with someone who had plastic surgery?? So then he takes a selfie and it suits him to be sitting with her??? Either way it’s a really bad joke

Thanks for unlocking a buried memory where a guy in high school came up to me at lunch and proceeded to say pick up line after pick up line. While I just stared at him with a blank face. I wish that memory was still in a vault 🥲

Idk, I just saw until 4:30, so I'm about to find out. Right now, I'm as gay as one can come, and I don't really had a problem with the jokes. They are obviously jokes, cheesy, and I don't know, from my perspective, they felt as if both parts were being made fun of, Idk, like, they are so obviously bad and harmless that by that alone it feels like he's making fun of himself and a bit men in general too. Like "look with what so little we act so big". Maybe I'm too possitive? Thick-skinned? I think I would have laughed really hard if a real rando would come up my way and say the "yeah, I know you wouldn't know"... If I get to give him a chance to speak, as I would probably instantly clarify that he would be really wasting breath on trying to rizz me. But still, Idk, up until now, I found it very silly. The obvious acting adds a whole layer of comedy to me. I mean, I just cannot conceive that those vids were done seriously either as to trying to convince me they are real, or he flexing his pick up skills. 5:57 Yeah, I stand by this, hahaha, I really think that as comedy they are fun, kind of adorable of how family friendly they are. 8:01 Ok, I'm not that cool with the vegan one. Maybe if it would have turned around and she would have said "see, I made you laugh" it would have been funny and less kinda offensive. 9:32 Ok, that was bad. Of course he didn't hit her, that goes without saying. The problem is that it wasn't funny, it was very predictable. You need to mess up with people's expectations for the punchline, he could have gone darker even. The joke is that he doesn't say who does what or receive what... imagine having a grandparent in it too, make them step out, say "sorry grandma", and swing the hit, and maybe the girl immediately regretting the choice and stop him with a "to be continued" edit or the tuuu ru tu ruuu, turu turuu. In that case, there would have been a correct answer, and you would instill even this "what was the context to begin with" in the viewer. 10:34 Ok, that made me laugh hard, both the video and comments. Sometimes I can be very basic. 13:30 Ok, it did go out of family friendly territory. 18:53 Ok, got to the end of the vid. What can I say, it's nowhere near the worst on sexist content I've seen. It speaks more on him, actually, more on the people who wants it or believe it to be real than it does on women. I mean, I didn't know people were believing it. We, here in Argentina, had a very popular sketch by a comedian that was called "Things that will never happen in your f*cking life" literally making fun of sexist and mysoginistic men. I thought this was kind of low-cost, more modern, watered down "version" of it. By "watered-down" I mean it as not as adult, and of course, not really aware of itself as a form of consious comedy doing social commetary; the most aware I expected it to be it's the fact of it obviously not being real in itself.
