This past year has been the hardest year of my life. Sadly I lost my husband to suicide after a long battle with mental health issues as well as having constant pain because of untreated Crohn’s disease. Your videos have brought much needed smiles to my face and your story about your struggles touched my heart. My first 2 were born 11 months apart, almost exactly 12 and 13 years ago. It was awful. If your pregnancy was easy, you’re one of the lucky ones. Many women suffer through pregnancies.... a lot of the time it’s not talked about publicly (just how badly or how dangerous some pregnancies are)- which makes it even worse for women who suffer (bc society expects them to be cute little pregnant women and talk about how happy and blessed they are)... I think it’s great when women with a platform share their experience of difficulties during pregnancy to normalize talking about it so more women feel comfortable going to their doctors with their issues

@@candicemorgan979 my pregnancy was relatively easy, I know that I was very fortunate; I'm in plenty of mom groups and see all the complaints and complications that can happen, and my sister in law (who also had twins) was put on bed rest. My comment was more saying that kids are more difficult than I expected (hence pregnancy being easier than raising humans) mostly because I was an only child, never babysat much, and wasn't around babies or young children much until I had two babies of my own to take care of. I didn't want to explain all that, so I summed it up with "pregnancy was the easy part" and left out the "because kids are f*!@ing hard!" part of the sentence. Sorry if I came off as bragging about an easy pregnancy. There should be more education about pregnancy in general, including potential complications and what's normal or not during pregnancy, as well as post partum, to destigmatize mom not being perfect little pregnant person, or "bouncing back" after having kids, or in perfect mental health after adding the responsibility of a human life and raising them to be decent humans.

one of my favorite things about kris is that she isn't one of the youtubers that have a 26 mill net work she is very relatable. she doesn't have a perfect life but she makes us have a amazing 8-12 minutes every time we watch one of her videos. idk about all of you but I have went through some tough times and has brought me and a lot of others from darkness and hard times.
