Hi Munk, really sad that the doctors discovered something behind my eye recently and I’m not allowed to go to the gym in case it’s hypertension or a tumour. no going for pr on smith machine is dumb and not the same at all as real barbell but it's good if you want to train close to failure for hypertrophy especially if you don't have a spotter, it's also good for inclined bench
