Are we all just going to ignore the fact that this guy is obviously trolling? The way he sprinkles in weird exercises and phrases is just perfect to get you to wonder if he's serious or not. Same with the camera angles and editing. I think it's very sophisticated trolling and quite funny.

I'm currently 4 months into the gym, I have problems with my back that makes my posture horrible. I started with 20 pounds in the first week! I'm currently benching 130 pounds! I'm pretty happy with my progress hoping that in a year i can get on 200's (Sorry the bad english, learning by myself)

the smith bar is MAX 25LBS (11.5KG) and its mostly 15LBS or 20LBS stop liyin, maybe ur just weak?@@marcca45

Hi Munk, really sad that the doctors discovered something behind my eye recently and I’m not allowed to go to the gym in case it’s hypertension or a tumour. I have been rapidly improving my pr’s recently and it’s annoying as I only just recently started taking gym seriously and got my 100kg bench. But anyway your videos make me feel better my friend.

no going for pr on smith machine is dumb and not the same at all as real barbell but it's good if you want to train close to failure for hypertrophy especially if you don't have a spotter, it's also good for inclined bench

5:45 Hes using a OneBade, basicly a razor with a trimmer on it, so it dosesnt cut you, but you still get a really close shave. I have one, def worth the money.

how tf is the bar on a smith machine is 9kg? in my gym the smith machine bar is like 22kg for some reason, idk how the machine works, but it probably doesnt in my gym cus its an old soviet gym :D
