Strongly, strongly recommend you do not do the cinnamon thing ever again. It's actively dangerous and you can very literally choke to death because it sticks to the mouth/throat in a clump and asphyxiates you. Even if you don't die it can lead to inflammation and scarring of the lungs if it gets in there.
